This year we will be holding our AGM at a new venue almost right in the centre of Walsall,in fact it will take place in our heartland of Caldmore.The venue details are listed on your right.

Also listed on your right,you will find our download section where by you can download information and nomination forms,this is your chance to nominate a tenant you feel will best serve your intrest.Here you will also download your child place reservation form & the new 2011 membeship application form which now includes provision for your profiles and for the three different types of membeship,so there is now a way for everyone to take part & have your say on whats inportant for you.

We are also proud to announce that this year we will have a limited number of offical child care places,please download the application form listed on the right and post back to us as quickly as possible,please note that we are unable to accept applications for child places by phone.

Message for CTF AGM

The role of Caldmore Tenants’ Federation is vital to the ongoing development of Caldmore and we are very grateful for the hard work and devotion shown by the current leadership team.  We are aware that Melvyn and his team are hoping to recruit new members so the workload can be spread more evenly and the work of CTF can go from strength to strength.  I would encourage you all to consider helping in this way so that Caldmore can continue to make a big and positive impact on the communities we serve.

I have been impressed by the way CTF has developed its web site and we are very keen to look at new ways of engaging with our residents so we do not have to rely so much on meetings.  As you know, CTF has taken over the editorial panel of the Caldmore Local gossip and it would be fantastic if this section of our quarterly newsletter became more interactive, engaging with a wider group of residents.

I think just about everyone by now will be familiar with the idea that government spending is reduced, so if society is to be improved, more involvement from local people is needed.  At Caldmore we want to harness the energy of local community leaders who want to make positive changes and if you have plans for improvement, however small they may be, I would encourage you to think of joining CTF.

Revised date for nominations: The final date for the reciept of nominations is now 5pm on the 28th February.The final vote will now take place on the night of the AGM.Profiles will be placed online here in early March for you to view (if any recieved).The posts open for nomiantions are Vice Chair, Secretary & Finance.
